Invisalign® can be used to treat most types of orthodontic problems, and because the aligners are virtually invisible, they’re a popular treatment option among adults. In fact, here at Pallant Orthodontics, we treat the majority of our adult patients with Invisalign® aligners.

We know there is no one-size-fits all solution here. We offer different Invisalign® programmes that are suitable for adults.

Invisalign® Comprehensive
This option is designed to treat more complex orthodontic problems. Treatment is extensive and can take anywhere between 12 and 24 months.

Invisalign® Express
For even faster treatment, Invisalign® Express can achieve results in as little as three months. However this type of orthodontic treatment is only suitable for minor corrections to the front six teeth; our Specialist Orthodontist here at Pallant Orthodontics will advise if Invisalign® Express is right for you during your free consultation.

Straighten your teeth the invisible way

Invisalign treatment starts with a consultation where we assess your teeth and take digital impressions of their position using our iTero Digital Scanner. This gives us an accurate picture of where your teeth currently sit and how much movement is required to get you a perfectly straight smile.

These 3D impressions are then used to make your Invisalign aligners, which look like thin sports mouthguards. Over the course of treatment, as an Invisalign patient, you will be required to change your aligners every 1-2 weeks. Each new set has been designed in such a way to guide your teeth towards a straighter position.

For optimal results, it is recommended you wear your aligners for 20-22 hours per day, so this gives you time to take them out for meals and snacks, sports practices, music lessons and when brushing after meals.

I finished my Invisalign treatment after 15 months. The service from start to finish has been incredible.
