Dr Miceala Salcedo

Dentist with Special Interest in Orthodontics

Micaela qualified as a dentist from Complutense University of Madrid in 2007. In 2008 she moved to the UK, where she has gained extensive experience working in NHS and private practice. Over the years she has developed a passion for orthodontics and she is near completing her postgraduate MSc orthodontic training at Warwick University. She is also a certified Invisalign provider.
Her favourite part of the job is being able to witness her patients progress in their treatment journey: ‘It is most rewarding to see how a new and beautiful smile improves patients’ confidence and changes their lives’.
Outside of work, Micaela enjoys spending time with her family and friends, visiting new places and going out for long walks in the beautiful British countryside

Rachel King

Orthodontic Therapist / Dental Hygienist

Rachel undertook a 3 year bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy and graduated in her home town of Portsmouth in 2009. After a short time in general practice Rachel decided to pursue the area of dentistry that she was passionate about and undertook the Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy studying at University of Bristol and qualifying in 2011. She now works in her preferred role as an Orthodontic Therapist, joining the Pallant team in 2019.
Rachel has a young family and loves time spent on days out with her boys. She also enjoys theatre and comedy performances and beach walks with ice cream!

Dr David Rhoden

Dentist with Special Interest in Orthodontics

David is an extremely experienced dentist who has been practising orthodontics for over 20 years. David joins us in our new Bognor Regis practice with a prime focus for our NHS patients, whilst working alongside our specialist. David has a fantastic demeanour about him and has to do so to work alongside all the women in the practice! Outside of work David loves to travel, exploring new places with his family and grandchildren most weekends.

Alice Whittington

Dental Nurse

Alice is the bubby, fiery, red head member of our amazing nursing team at Pallant Orthodontics, Bognor Regis. Alice joined us in 2020 with a wealth of dental nursing experience as she wanted a new challenge in orthodontics. Alongside work Alice has a heart of gold, caring for young disabled children out of the kindness of her heart. When she finds time, she may also compete in a marathon here or there - we all wonder where she finds the time!

Christy Chaplin

Dental Nurse

Christy has worked in general dentistry since 2010 and moved into specialising in orthodontics in 2014. Christy is the heartbeat of our Bognor Regis practice with her bubbly, friendly Cypriot nature. Christy is both a dental nurse and treatment coordinator and enjoys building relationships with our patients.
Christy is a family lady outside of work with a keen interest in reading, when she is not entertaining her family she finds time sewing and making jewellery.

Carol Sari

Dental Nurse

GDC No: 111727

Carol qualified as a dental nurse in 1986 at Northbrook College in Worthing. She worked in a variety of general dental practices before starting a family in 2006. In 2008 Carol worked within the Maxillofacial Unit at the local hospital before working in an orthodontic dental practice. Carol qualified as a dental nurse in 2010 and since completed the dental radiography, orthodontic nursing and IOTN calibration courses.
Outside of work Carol likes to spend time with her family, motor racing, walking, listening to music and eating out.

Daisy McNamara

Head Dental Nurse

Our fantastic nursing team in our newest practice in Bognor Regis is run by our head nurse, Daisy. Daisy is a qualified dental nurse with experience in general dentisty, in 2014 Daisy started to specialise in orthodontics specifically. Since joining our team in 2018, Daisy has gone from strength to strenth in building her skills both in and out of the clinic, for this we are extremely proud of how far Daisy has come.
If you can’t hear Daisy’s infectious laugh somewhere in the practice, outside of work you will find her spending time in the kitchen baking cakes for her friends and family.

Megan Goring

Practice Manager

Megan is the practice manager of Bognor Regis Pallant Orthodontics. Megan joined the team in January 2019 after originally being an Invisalign patient. Outstandingly organised and highly driven, Megan thrives off the work her team put into making patients feel at ease throughout their treatment with us.
Outside of work Megan has a keen interest in all sports, especially hockey in the winter months or triathlons in the summer. Megan also loves to travel, exploring new places and destinations.

Davina Solanki

Receptionist

Davina is the heartbeat of our Bognor Regis practice, with the best accent out of everyone! Born in England, raised in Canada, now back in England. One of the latest additions to the team, Davina joined us in August 2019, after making a short hop across the world from Canada to the UK to follow her boyfriend’s dream to join the forces.
‘Diva’ Davina’s infectious personality is noticeable through the rapport she builds with our patients. Outside of work, Davina is usually keeping fit, eating well, and generally enjoying making the most of British lifestyle.

Jess Coppin

Receptionist

Jess joined the Pallant team in Chichester in March 2019, making the bold move from optics to orthodontics. Jess is our lead receptionist at our new Bognor Regis practice, being a local girl she takes great pride in providing an outstanding service to our patients of Bognor Regis and surrounding areas. Whilst Jess is our treatment coordinator and NHS contract manager, you will be welcomed into our brand new practice by Jess’ warm and personable nature either on the phone or in person.
Outside of work Jess enjoys spending time with her family or when she has 5 minutes, practising her outstanding creative calligraphy art skills.

Ellie O’Flanagan

Receptionist

Bringing a diverse wealth of experience from hospitality, through engineering to office finance to hair and beauty, Ellie has joined the team in Bognor Regis for Reception and Administration.
Residing in Chichester for over five decades Ellie has been involved in many charity events and local campaigns in Chichester. She currently works with two parish councils one to the north of the city and one on the peninsular which is challenging and fun.
When not working you’ll catch her on a beach clean or litter pick to keep our local area beautiful for locals and holiday makers alike and in the evenings sipping a chilled wine in the garden or joining a pub quiz!
