Joining the Pallant Orthodontics team in 2015 as a dental nurse, Kyla was keen to progress her career and qualified to take x-rays soon after. Kyla is organised, determined and very patient-focused. It was clear Kyla had the capability to do more, which is why we invited her to attend an interview to train as an orthodontic therapist at Leeds University. We are pleased to announce that she qualified as an Orthodontic Therapist in July 2017 and has settled into her new role with ease. Kyla enjoys socialising and the arts.
Finance Manager /Senior Administrator
Glenda is a role model for patient care at Pallant Orthodontics. She takes pride in knowing each patient personally, building relationships over the course of their treatment. Her complete understanding of the business ensures the practice runs smoothly and patients are well informed.
Previously involved in practice management, Glenda now works part-time but retains significant responsibilities, including the financial management and reporting of the business. She also produces the clinical reports as set out by our specialist orthodontists.

Kelly qualified as a dental nurse in 2012 and worked in several practices in Sussex before joining Pallant Orthodontics in 2015. Kelly is qualified to take x-rays and is highly skilled at using our digital intra-oral scanner. As a dental nurse, Kelly is responsible for chairside nursing, decontamination duties, oral hygiene education and taking clinical records. She also supports Corene visiting schools and clubs to promote oral-health. In her role as a treatment coordinator Kelly can talk you through your treatment options and explain how we can help with your smile.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys socialising, but spends much of her spare time renovating her new house.

Sonia has been a practicing dental nurse since 2011. Her varied career has taken her to practices all across the South of England. Sonia brought her significant experience in dental practice to Pallant Orthodontics in 2016, and has since found a passion for orthodontics. This year Sonia will be put forward to complete a radiography course .

Carol qualified as a dental nurse in 1986 at Northbrook College in Worthing. She worked in a variety of general dental practices before starting a family in 2006. In 2008 Carol worked within the Maxillofacial Unit at the local hospital before working in an orthodontic dental practice. In 2010 Carol gained the NEBDN qualification in dental radiography and, more recently, passed her orthodontic nursing qualification.
Outside of work Carol likes to spend time with her family, swimming, walking, listening to music and eating out.
Felpham Dental Nurse

Karen is our lead nurse at our Bognor Regis practice. Having qualified in 2007, Karen has spent the majority of her career working in orthodontics. Joining Pallant Orthodontics in 2016 from St Richard’s Hospital in Chichester, she has brought significant experience to the team. Karen is a popular, happy person who is proud to work in the field of orthodontics.
Kim is our lead receptionist and patient care champion. Like Glenda, Kim has many years’ experience in the orthodontic industry and was a skilled dental nurse.
Nothing gives Kim more pleasure than seeing happy smiles at the end of treatment. Her expertise comes in her understanding of the patient journey and implementing change where review has shown potential improvement in a patient's care can be made. Kim is adept at diary management and has her finger on the pulse for the people side of our business, often being the ‘go to’ person for the younger members of the Pallant team.
Emma joined the team in 2017 in the front desk in Chichester, her friendly manner and organised approach has allowed the front of house team to have considerably more time for the desk and telephone service. Emma enjoys seeing the patients finish happy and especially the big smiles on the way out. An excelent problem solver she will always make it her mission to ensure our patients are happy and well communicated. Outside of work Emma likes Theatre, Cinema and spending time with her family.
Business Manager / CQC Registered Manager
Tony is the CQC registered manager of Pallant Orthodontics. In this role he is responsible for our patients' orthodontic treatment journey, compliance of the significant regulation associated with medical practice, and managing the Pallant Orthodontics team. Tony oversaw the CQC inspection in 2015 and implemented the application for the BDA’s Good Practice scheme.
Tony is particularly proud of the teamwork at Pallant Orthodontics and the positive feedback we constantly receive from our patients.
In his spare time, Tony is a family man and enjoys good company and photography.
Felpham Business Support Manager
Kinga is the business development manager and receptionist for our Felpham practice, joining our team in 2016 Kinga's strengths include organisation, patient communication and a wealth of marketing skills. Her primary role is to oversee the Felpham practice operations and ensure company compliance and patient care pathways are carefully managed. A naturally friendly person Kinga keeps the small team in Felpham up to date and takes pride in this popular location. Kinga has been a dental nurse and a practice manager in her career, her passion is in marketing and she has a keen eye for detail. Kinga can also speak Polish. Outside of work Kinga enjoys socialising and spending time with her family.
