A great recommendation
“I thought that the care was outstanding and professional.”
Sylvia was in the public eye in her 60s as the Chief Executive of a media company and for some time had been feeling self-conscious about her uneven teeth. She eventually thought she would get a specialist's opinion. “It was very important to me to have invisible treatment,” she says.
Over the years Sylvia had had a lot of treatment to her teeth so there was quite a bit of wear and tear. “In my upper arch, one of my teeth was tucked back, which I didn’t like and there was a lot of irregularity in my lower teeth. I also had a deep bite,” she says.
In the past, Sylvia had been told that the only way to straighten her teeth was to have an extraction, so she decided to see someone new. That person was Dr Alastair Smith at Pallant Orthodontics.
What happened next?
“I found Alastair’s expertise really reassuring,” says Sylvia. “He talked through in considerable detail what the treatment would involve and promised that I could have a very nice smile without an extraction and that it would take about 18 months.”
The end result
“I thought the care was outstanding and professional, not just from Alastair but from all of his colleagues,” says Sylvia.
“I am extremely pleased with the outcome and would recommend him to anyone.”
