Empower: The new look of fixed
At Pallant Orthodontics, we’re proud to offer Empower braces. This brand is designed by the leading orthodontic manufacturing company American Orthodontics, and they’re modelled after traditional metal braces. Empower braces use brackets and archwires to slowly move your teeth into their ideal position. However, this appliance has been updated with a modern twist.
The Empower system uses interactive brackets known as ‘self-ligating brackets’ to move your teeth into the optimal position. This is done using low friction and light forces, which could reduce the number of visits required, and therefore reduce the total length of your treatment. Plus, Empower braces are more comfortable than the standard option as the bracket are small and smooth, which causes less irritation in the mouth.
Empower braces are suitable for anyone requiring orthodontic treatment and who would like a more aesthetic appliance fitted.
