Just to put this into context… who is Dr Sarver?

A fellow in both the International and American Colleges of Dentists
A fellow of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry

Dr Sarver has now written a number of books based on his expertise and has also given more than 300 professional presentations in the United States, Europe and Australia, as well as the Middle and Far East.
